President Obama will serve a second term chief in state. During his swearing in ceremony will be followed by a parade down Pennsylvania Avenue. Five flags will be represented from The Betsy Ross flag of 13 stars, Illinois joined the union with 21 stars. Followed in the middle United States flag of 50 stars. Later this evening the President & his wife Michelle will be in attendance at several President Balls.
