Here is the image that has caused controversy. Shepard Fairey has acknowledged he used the photograph taken of President Obama to create his iconic poster. Associated Press has accused him of copyright infringement.
The image has been on buttons and posters and websites during the presidential campaigning.
Designed by street artist Shepard Fairey from Los Angeles the image lead to sales
of thousands of these posters. That were signed by Fairey and sold on ebay.
This image any way you look at it has made history.
That is a good thing.
